The Four-Day Flex
Enjoy a better work-life balance with our four-day working week. Our contracts (35–39 hours) include a regular rest day, giving you three days off each week to relax and recharge — with opportunities for overtime if you choose.
Part-Time Options
We understand that flexibility matters. Our part-time roles are designed to suit your lifestyle while meeting the needs of our children and the wider team.
Lunch Cover Roles
Support our team during the busy lunchtime period (11:30–14:00). This role can be part-time or full-time, with the option to take on additional hours if you’d like.
Extra Leave for Milestones

We celebrate your journey with us! Earn additional leave at key milestones — because we know rest, family time, and adventures away from work are just as important as the work you do here.
